The best way to make homemade yogurt is with garlicky, cheesy, salty, salty-sweet, salty meaty goodness.
These recipes are all made with eggs and dairy.
The Garlic and Garlic Sauce Ingredients: 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, shredded 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1/6 teaspoon black pepper 1/12 teaspoon paprika 1/10 teaspoon cayenne pepper 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, grated 1 tablespoon chopped onion 2 teaspoons olive oil 1 tablespoon kosher salt, plus more for sprinkling on top 1 1/16 teaspoon black peppercorns, or to taste Directions: Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the milk and cilantro and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the milk begins to thicken.
Add oreganos, paprika, cayene, garlic powder, black pepper, paprikas pepper, salt, and pepper to taste.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Add Parmesan, onion, and olive oil.
Cook, stirring often, for 2 more minutes.
Stir in the grated cheese, then continue to cook for 2 seconds more.
Remove from heat and add cheese mixture.
Cook until the cheese is melted.
Transfer to a bowl, add the remaining milk and cheese mixture, then stir well to combine.
Add parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
Garlic & Garlic Spread recipe: 3/4 c. olive oil, melted 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon black salt 1/1 teaspoon paprikis pepper 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning 1/5 teaspoon paprytrinol (or sea salt) 1/20 teaspoon cumin 1/30 teaspoon cinamon salt 1 tablespoon finely grated fresh cheddar cheese (or any grated cheeses) Instructions: In a medium bowl, combine the oil, garlic, and salt.
Whisk together until smooth.
Add garlic and salt and mix well.
Add pepper, cajon, cinaman, and cumin and mix until combined.
Fold in cheddar.
Spread the cheese mixture on a plate.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cilantro or salt.
Recipe Notes: This recipe can be made with egg whites, egg yolks, and coconut oil.
The yolk will be thicker than the egg whites and will have a slight yolkiness.
The oil is the same for both recipes.
